His expertise spans data architecture, advanced marketing attribution, CRM engineering, and full-funnel digital marketing management. Uniquely equipped to diagnose complex business operations, Andrew identifies the exact technical and strategic levers needed to turn data chaos into predictable revenue.

Veronica Knight, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Veronica brings operational excellence, strategic leadership, and business administration expertise to every Prism engagement. With an MBA and a sharp eye for organizational structure, she translates high-level strategy into seamless execution, ensuring every client experience is rooted in clarity, control, and confidence.
Her leadership spans organizational scaling, client success architecture, and brand development. By engineering the backend processes and workflows that power Prism, she enables the business to deliver enterprise-level results without the corporate noise, red tape, or politics that slow down traditional firms.

The Prism philosophy.
The name "Prism" was chosen after much prayer. Like a prism, we clarify, discern, and amplify - taking raw data and refracting it into the three colors that matter: Knowledge (the numbers), Wisdom (the discernment), and Understanding (the mindset shift). The capital "P" is shaped like the Greek letter phi (φ) - the Golden Ratio - because the best businesses, like the best prisms, are built on proportion and light.
